Starbrary and Lemurian crystals are closely linked, and can sometimes be one in the same if the formation is correct. Both refer to quartz crystals which as said to have been programmed, encoded, or encrypted with information (our muses for our name Crystal Encryptions).
They act as teachers and guides. I imagine Lemurians as 'professors' and Starbraries as 'academic libraries'. In this model, we are the students learning from the text and the professors.

Meditating didn't come easy to me, or so I thought...
There are many ways to meditate, and it is an exercise that is not 'one size fits all'. With practice, the right mindset, and the right tools, meditation can become an integrated part of the self; and as simple as breathing.
