This listing details a beautiful selection of natural Citrine crystals from the Kitwe Region of Zambia. These are completely natural and unpolished crystals (unless marked pp in the menu). This selection of crystals feature unique growth formations (many double terminated), lemurian like lines, and oxidized iron coating on the exterior. The exterior mineralization creates intricate patterns across the surface of the crystal, and a unique complimentary coloration to this citrine. This selection are a nice size for display, mediation, or holding in the hand.
The photos are labeled with an item number for reference in the drop down menu. Each selection is for one crystal, and you will receive the exact crystal labeled in the group photo. Some photo slides may show two angles of a single crystal. There are approximate dimensions in centimeters, and gram weights of each item listed in the menu as well. These crystals are completely unpolished unless marked 'PP' for Partial Polished (one or two faces of the termination have been buffed).
Citrine is an excellent stone to work with in meditation and crystal healing because it is one of the few stones that does not hold negative charge. Like a beam of sunlight, these crystals emanate positive healing energies while remaining grounded and pure. These crystals would be a perfect addition to any medicine bag, grid, or in any energy work.
Some of the best examples of natural citrine crystals available come from this location. The variety of quartz known as citrine is quite rare to be found in nature. Consequently, a large portion of the citrine available on the market is actually heat-treated amethyst. Late 2009 rich yellow, lemon, and honey colored citrine deposits were found in the Kitwe region. The color and clarity of these pieces are truly one of a kind. This makes them perfect pieces for any jeweler or collector. In 2011 the GIA had an opportunity to examine the crystals produced from this region. They found them to be indicative of natural crystals, and “a great addition to the gem market”.

Is shipping guaranteed to track?
Standard shipping is the most economical method- First Class Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. This does not come with guaranteed tracking to the destination. The package usually scans and updates within the U.S. however, international tracking is not available. It is the buyers responsibility to understand all shipping/customs policies in their country.
We offer many shipping upgrades which include tracking and insurance upon request. Please contact us to customize shipping options (such as signature confirmation and added insurance) or select 'Tracking and Insurance' as an upgrade to Priority mail.

Are there estimated shipping times for First Class Package?
I ship through USPS First Class Mail in order to offer low cost shipping. Unfortunately, this service is highly variable on shipping times, and is inconsistent in tracking international. Typically packages can arrive anywhere from 10-30 business days or longer. Although First Class is my default shipping method I highly recommend upgraded shipping for express shipping times, guaranteed tracking, and insurance. Please contact us with any questions you may have or to request the use of Fed Ex or UPS services.
